Originally submitted to the GoGodotJam, which ran from May 24th 2021 at 12:00 AM to June 2nd 2021 at 5:00 PM. The theme was Growth. It was later expanded into a full game and released on the Google Play Store.
Description
Mergifier is a puzzle-platformer where you control a blob. Merge with other blobs to grow and overcome large obstacles, or separate yourself to fit through small gaps. The game features 7 core levels and 2 bonus levels, each with unique visual themes.
Gameplay Mechanics
- Merging & Splitting: Change your size to navigate levels and solve puzzles.
- Controls: Playable with both touchscreen and keyboard.
- Atmosphere: Each level features unique backgrounds and elements.
Controls
- Move Left: A / ←
- Move Right: D / →
- Jump: Space / ↑
- Drop/Split: F
- Restart Level: P
